Since 2000, she has been a self-employed lawyer registered to the Istanbul Bar Association.
Since 2013, she has been a mediator registered in Mediation Registry of Head of Department of Mediation. she serves as an expert mediator in the general specialization areas of commercial disputes, labor disputes, consumer disputes; in the specialization areas of construction law disputes, intellectual industrial rights law disputes, insurance law disputes.
She is a mediator instructor and in the field of labor law and consumer law she is a mediator instructor specialist.
Having completed the international certification mediation training held in cooperation with Global Mediators Network and GAU, she has been accredited by GMN and has gained the status of an international mediator. She is also among the mediators accredited by the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
She is the President of the Insurance Mediation Association and a member of the board of directors of the Mediation Culture and Law Association.
